This is the brand new blog for Rise and Shine Inc., non-for profit association.
Rise & Shine is formed with the aim to bring women together to have fun, express themselves and gain confidence, using the mediums of music, dance, song and rhythm.
Rise and Shine Inc. brings together the concepts of Music and Dance Movement Therapy which provides a number of benefits in each session.
Our classes are Dance Fitness, Singing and Drumming with workshops also available. Our programs are non-competitive and provide performance opportunities in a nurturing atmosphere.
Through enrichment programs Rise & Shine opens the door to a sense of belonging to a group of people who share the same goal. Rise and Shine believes that community participation in dance and music is essential to a healthy society. Rise and Shine Inc.
