Rise & Shine is a not for profit organisation born to make a difference, encourage and support women to have fun, wake up the enthusiasm for life and unlock confidence through self-expression.
Rise & Shine is dedicated to reshaping and empowering a Woman's way of life!
We offer safe, non-threatening workshops, events and classes where everyone is encouraged to “have a go” and tap into the basic human experience of music, movement, rhythm, voice, laughter and culture.
We aim to bring together women from all walks of life and we are inviting all who can help us achieve this goal and get the message out there for the community.
